It is always advised to start with a tiny pea sized amount 1-2 hours before ritual as the effects can take at least that much time to set. Have someone available who can help you in case of allergic reaction or accidental overusage. Not to be used daily or used to get high. These are a curio only and some have noted benefits for pain relief and some noted benefits for dream and spirit and divination access. 

These work with the darker elements for dream work and spirit dialogue. In case of slowed breathing, increased dryness of body and mouth, or delirium seek medical help, they have nightshade antidotes at the er. Activated charcoal is helpful to bind when over-usage is uncomfortable but not dangerous. Over-usage feels horrible. Sometimes having the item in your hand is powerful enough to make connections.  

Remember to always, always seek medical help immediately if showing signs of overusage and always keep products stored far from children and pets. 

If using for pain relief, rub a pea sized amount on area. Effect can take 30 min to an hour. Do not apply more than a few times in one day.
